Deputy Principal

I am Deputy Principal at Otumoetai Primary School. I help to look after the Senior School (Year 4-6) and thoroughly enjoy spending time in classrooms wherever possible. I have had 20 years teaching and leadership experience in a range of schools, including three years as Principal at Wickham School, one year as Associate Principal at Knighton School in Hamilton and six months as the Junior School Deputy Principal here at Otumoetai Primary. I have a 15 year son who attends Hamilton Boys’ High and in my spare time I enjoy travelling, shopping and socialising. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the team at Otumoetai Primary School and I am fortunate to be able to share my time at work amongst enthusiastic children, dedicated staff, friendly families and a great learning community.
