Teacher
Hi, my name is Stephen Caldwell one of a rare breed of teachers called MALE teachers. Hopefully more are on the way. I have special interests in IT, art and sport as well as making learning relevant and engaging for all students. I am married with three children, Josiah, Shama and Moses. My wife’s name is Sharron. We are both keen outdoor type people and are involved in helping a school and orphanage in Uganda. We believe that life is not about ourselves but about extending what we have to help others

My work is used in the ministry and in some universities both here and overseas. I really enjoy teaching and try to create a family atmosphere in the class which is ‘busy’ and full of fun. My interests are language, Science, Music and Mathematics. I have taught all age levels from Year 1 to Year 8.
Lead teacher - Kereru team
I teach a class of Year 3 students. The children in Room 14 love books and enjoy a challenge. I enjoy music and seeing children get the satisfaction of achieving something they didn't think they could do.
